Authorized Distribution Partner · Est. 2022
Tectonics Distribution, LLC, in partnership with WebJoist — celebrating 50 years of structural innovation — delivers the only credible, fully independent alternative to legacy truss and I-joist suppliers. Reliable engineering. Economical pricing. Mill-direct efficiency.
A strategic partnership combining 50 years of engineering excellence with an agile, modern distribution platform built for the commercial construction market.
Since 1976, WebJoist has been a family-owned pioneer in wood-chord metal web truss and I-joist engineering. Manufactured in Chehalis, Washington — shipped nationwide with unmatched precision and integrity.
A scalable, mill-direct supply chain platform eliminating layers between manufacturer and jobsite. Multi-manufacturer flexibility, deep engineered materials expertise, and a customer-first philosophy.
In a two-manufacturer market, healthy competition is essential. Here is what we bring to every project.
You've always had a choice. You just didn't know it. WebJoist is the construction industry's best-kept secret. We're the quiet ones behind half a century of stronger, more cost-effective quality structures built throughout North America and beyond.
Every WebJoist product ships directly from the manufacturing line to your jobsite via Tectonics Distribution, LLC's streamlined logistics. No warehousing delays, no regional distribution markups, just a proven streamlined efficient model with low overhead to protect your project budget.
As a dedicated specialist, not a massive corporate entity, we move faster. Faster submittals, faster engineering turnarounds, faster issue resolution. Your critical path stays clear and your project stays on schedule.
WebJoist's patented pin-connected system, proprietary Web-Loc™ connections, and five decades of field-proven performance means you get a structural system with a track record.

WebJoist pin-connected, metal web trusses are custom-designed per project using specialized software, optimizing web position, material selection, and load paths for your exact specifications. Patented Web-Loc™ pin-connected system. Available in V1 standard and V2 LAM-CHORD for heavy commercial loads.
WebJoist's commercially-rated WEB-i® I-Joist line delivers precision-engineered performance for floor and roof framing across the full depth spectrum. Six series spanning light loads to heavy commercial. Available in parallel and tapered profiles with factory DF MSR lumber flanges and structural OSB webs, built to order for your project.
| Series | Flange Grade | Web Thickness | Depth Range |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4412 | 2100f-1.8E MSR | 3/8" | 11 7/8" to 24" |
| 4512 | 2400f-2.2E MSR | 3/8" | 11 7/8" to 24" |

Per WebJoist Design Manual. All series available in parallel profile; tapered and cambered configurations available on request.
Available across all six WEB-i® series, factory-tapered I-joists eliminate the need for separate tapered blocking, sleepers, or built-up ridge assemblies on sloped roof systems. Achieve positive drainage and precise roof pitch directly from the structural member, engineered to your exact slope specification.
WebJoist manufactures I-joists with engineered camber built directly into the member at the factory, counteracting anticipated dead load deflection so floors and roofs settle to true level under service conditions. No field shimming, no callbacks, no long-term deflection complaints.
Two premium factory services ordered with your I-joists and delivered ready to install. No cutting. No drilling. No callbacks. Available on any WEB-i® series.
Every I-joist cut to your exact project length at the factory with square, precision-calibrated ends. Eliminates the single most common source of on-site I-joist waste and removes a full step from the installation sequence. Delivered cut-to-length and ready to set.
Web stiffeners required at bearing points and concentrated load locations are factory-nailed at precise positions before delivery. One of the most time-consuming field tasks in I-joist installation, eliminated entirely. Arrive on site installed, inspected, and ready.
WebLam™ is the full-suite companion product line to the WebJoist pin-connected, metal web truss and WEB-i® I-Joist systems. Engineered to complement every framing assembly — beams, columns, headers, joists, rafters, rimboard, studs, and structural sheathing — WebLam™ delivers a complete, coordinated structural package from a single source. One partner. One integrated system. Zero compromise.
Precision-engineered glulam beams built for commercial spans where strength, beauty, and dimensional stability are non-negotiable. Manufactured to exact project specs — custom lengths, custom depths, custom species — and delivered mill-direct with no warehousing markups.
WebLam™ LVL is manufactured from multiple layers of Douglas-fir veneers with the strength axis oriented primarily in the longitudinal direction — delivering consistent, verified structural properties that sawn lumber simply cannot match. Available in five performance grades, with lengths to 60 feet and a dedicated Rim Board configuration. Engineered for every structural role from long-span headers and transfer beams to columns, hip & valley rafters, and rim applications — all produced under APA-audited quality assurance.
WebLam™ MPP is a structural mass timber panel system manufactured from nominal 1-inch-thick LVL layers that are parallel-laminated, bonded with approved structural adhesives, and pressed into a solid monolithic billet. The result is a high-performance cross-laminated mass timber product available in two panel grades for floor, roof, and wall applications — plus Mass Ply Lam (MPL) beams and columns rip-cut vertically from the same billet in up to seven structural grades, enabling a fully integrated mass timber framing solution from a single engineered system.
Structural-grade plywood sheathing specified, sourced, and delivered as part of the complete WebLam™ package. Coordinated with your truss and I-joist package for a seamless procurement experience — floor, roof, and wall sheathing in one order, one delivery, one contact.
WebLam™ GLB, LVL, MPP, and Plywood Sheathing are designed to work in concert with WebJoist pin-connected, metal web trusses and WEB-i® I-Joists — giving architects, engineers, and contractors a fully coordinated, mill-direct structural package. Specify the system. We handle the rest.
WebJoist open-web and I-joist systems perform across the full spectrum of commercial construction where long spans, MEP integration, and structural efficiency are non-negotiable.
Long-span floor systems enabling open floorplates with full MEP integration above and below the truss depth.
Roof systems featuring longer spans with no intermediate columns, delivering clear unobstructed retail space.
DSA-approved systems available. Fire-resistive assemblies. Proven track record in K-12 and higher education projects.
Heavy-duty V2 LAM-CHORD open-web systems and high-grade 4732 Series I-joists supporting demanding industrial loads.
"Tectonics and WebJoist deliver a unified value proposition: high-performance structural systems, economical pricing, and responsive service without the constraints of vertically integrated suppliers."
